The difference from special convertible tube with the normal one is the shape of the tube, which is bigger than the normal one. There is no difference in use of the tube.
The convertible tubes can be opened, but only can be opened one time. If you open it, you can not cover it again. It is easy in use when you want to take away the wire at the last step (When the orthodontic process is finished ). You can open the tube clip and take away wires easily. The difference between convertible & non-convertible buccal tube is this clip.
Om de converteerbare buccal tube te openen heb je een speciaal instrument nodig, namelijk de Convertible Cap Removing Plier. Zie instrumenten om het product te bekijken. Bij foto 2 vindt u de afbeelding van dit instrument. Foto 1 is verpakkingsvoorbeeld.
